With over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas and marine industries, Pius oversees company operations and project execution across piping, structural, and mechanical works.
He is involved in planning, coordination, and site execution including plant shutdown, maintenance, and construction activities. He has managed a workforce of over 700 personnel on a single EPC project in his role as Construction Superintendent/Manager.
He has worked on major EPC projects across the UAE, Singapore, and Indonesia, and has been involved in projects for clients including Drydocks World, Keppel, Golar, Saipem, and Pertamina.
Prabakar Agathiyar
Director, Piping & Mechanical Lead

With over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, Praba is involved in piping, structural, and mechanical construction works including fabrication, installation, and site execution. His scope covers EPC projects, plant shutdown, maintenance, and refinery works.
He holds CSWIP 3.1 and NDT Level II certifications, with a National Technical Certificate in Fabrication Technology (Marine Piping), Singapore. He is involved in piping and mechanical construction works including welding inspection, QA/QC coordination, and project execution, and has been involved in projects for clients including Keppel, Sembcorp Marine, Saipem, Petronas, and ExxonMobil.
